Through its publishing and distribution of scientific information, INiG – PIB carries out its mission increasing the competitiveness of domestic industrial enterprises involved in the hydrocarbon life cycle, acting to increase energy and public safety, and - which is particularly important in terms of ecology - identifying and reducing threats to the natural environment associated with the extraction of hydrocarbons, their processing and use of petroleum products.
