The task of the Centre of European Funds for Power
Industry is to conduct the process of implementation of the European
Regional Development Fund for Power Industry. The EU funds are
distributed by Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment in
the tasks:
1. Development of systems for transmission of
electric energy, natural gas, and crude oil and reconstruction of gas
storage facilities.
2. Construction of systems for natural gas
distribution in not-gassified areas and modernization of existing
distribution networks.
The centre fulfils its duties in particular by:

preparing documentation and conditions project
financing
-
providing care for the individual (big) projects
-
collecting and verifying applications and signing the
contracts for co-financing
-
formal verification of applications for co-financing
and making payments to beneficiaries,
-
performing on the spot controls
-
managing informative, promotional, and training
activity for beneficiaries,
