Scope of activity:

comprehensive crude oil assay;

determination of chemical
composition and assessment of quality of petroleum products, biocomponents,
biofuels, alternative fuels;

assessment of petroleum products as
to their potential cancerogenity, including the DAB-10 test;
-
determination of heavy metals in new
and used products, and wastes;
-
identification of substances
produced as a result of degradation of petroleum products;
-
services including collecting
samples of petroleum products, LPG, biocomponents and biofuels, monitoring of
liquid fuels and biofuels quality, monitoring of LPG quality, monitoring of
deterioration of engine oils in motor vehicles;
-
development of new analytical
methods for new, in use, and used petroleum and petroleum-related products;
-
identification and determination of
toxic components of exhaust gases from diesel engines (WWA in particulate
matter);
-
expert consulting and expert
opinions services across the range of quality of motor fuels, analyses of
petroleum products, methods of collecting of petroleum products, biocomponets
and biofuels samples, illegal practices of processing of the marked heating
oil, problems connected with the use of petroleum and petroleum-related
products;
-
testing and consultancy on
determination of customs Combined Nomenclature codes for petroleum raw
materials and products and petroleum-related products;
-
development of Material Safety Data
Sheets for petroleum and petroleum-related products;
-
preparation of testers for detection
of Solvent Yellow 124 marker in fuel.
